REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We do NOT offer refunds for failure to review our Store Policies prior to purchasing. This especially includes our Shipping and Tracking Policy, and our Refund Policy.

 

Refunds and Order Cancellations

Refunds and Order Cancellations are only acceptable within 24 hours of the purchase date with a detailed explanation for the requested cancellation. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method minus any transaction fees. Refunds are completed and deposited within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution. 

Custom Orders including but not limited to: Pre-ordered Custom Signature Wigs, Custom Units, and Custom Services are FINAL SALE. Due to sourcing our products overseas and customizing per your request, often times, we order your order specs within 24-48 hours after your purchase date. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned to vendor.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at specialashford@gmail.com

 

Returns & Exchanges - Damages and Issues 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Customers have 7 days after receiving the item to send a return or exchange inquiry with photos of the defective item(s) to specialashford@gmail.com.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and you will either be shipped the same product you initially purchased, or refunded.

 

You are responsible for shipping costs back to us. 

 

Shipping your Retuned Product:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL and not eligible for refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
