ALL customizations are a la cart for customized collection units. Knot bleaching, plucking, multi-parting, band/combs, etc have to be added from the "customizations" tab located on the "Shop the Experience" page. If you add it to your order form in the notes and you did not add it to checkout, it will not be added to your unit. 


What is the standard processing time?

Processing and shipping time for standard (non-colored) units and colored units is 7-10 business days. Any orders placed after 6pm, isn't processed until the following business day. Units finished before time will be shipped out upon completion and a tracking number will be emailed to the address given. 

How do I keep my unit hydrated and maintained?

Your A_SpecialUnits should be shampooed and deep conditioned on a bi-weekly basis; no later than three weeks. The unit should be left to air-dry and styled as desired. We offer a Restore Service for those that would prefer the unit to be properly restored. When styling the hair, be mindful not to over saturate the hair with product. Too much product can create a build up and leave the hair heavy and weighed down. Curly and deep wave units only require minimal product and can usually be complimented with a light mousse and water combination. 

Are customized units refundable?

Unfortunately, customized units are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

For sanitary and health reasons, along with Covid-19 hazards, units CANNOT be returned. ALL units are made to order, so when an order is placed, customization begins immediately. We do offer 30 day credits. 

How many bundles do I need?

Full closure units are constructed with (3) full bundles and a closure for lengths up to 22in. Anything over 24in requires (4) bundles and have to be added individually from the extensions page. Full frontal units are constructed with (3) and bundles and a frontal for lengths up to 22in. Anything over 22in requires a full (3.5/4) bundles. ALL leftover hair is returned to the customer.
